Recorded during 2020/2021, Beyond the Ethereal Horizon depicts an introspective journey through the omniscient spirit of darkest, most perilous nature. The oppressive and melancholy sentiment within the music can be seen as a dirge for simplicity, a longing for a benevolent liaison between man and wilderness - a longing which ultimately proves to be futile and imprudent. This atmosphere of boiling wrath and deep despair is what truly lies at the core of this album - the inevitable and absolute rejection of simplistic romanticisation of nature and its glorification as a godlike entity. The resulting disillusion of man consequently drives the ever-increasing disdain and contempt towards nature, fuelling his desire to utterly subjugate both wilderness and Gods.
All of this is meticulously depicted in the artwork, which is meant to illustrate this dark and primeval ruthlessness and overall indifference of these callous forces towards humanity.

lyrics

White do the forests grow in midwinter night,
As the fallen snow rebelled against the birth
Of Spring, effacing the memories of mirth,
Through coldness and frost and landscapes' blight.
Calling for all in the sheltered town
To come out and lay their burdens down!

We hope that the morrow will light the sky of grey,
As all sense in our limbs slowly withers away.

The state of our bodies is a doleful sight,
Robbed from warmth, like a dying star.
Like roots that crush the stone, we are
Defeated by nature's might.
Our dying soul, submerged in sleep
Is one with all the things that seem forgotten,
With all the things that seem obsolete.

Our footsteps in the fallen snow survive.

To Frost! To Wind! That music of the spheres!
Unbent! Renounce! Prevail in this snow!
To vow! Morana! Oath strong like this oak!
To Drown! To Burn! To ashes, and to soil!

No sun or light of distant stars dare
to disturb their dismal mood,
That spirit of primal darkness that comes before all thought
